Ginny gets it. She's been there. She was a frontline police officer for over 20 years. She's been through experiences that knocked her so far off her path that she wanted to take her own life - it was only the thought that her dog, who depended on her, would be left uncared for that stopped her.
Ginny is now a qualified and accredited life coach specialising in, and passionate about, helping front line emergency workers deal with the effects of stress and trauma.
At these free live workshops, Ginny will teach some tools that can help you calm your mind and body in stressful situations - how to deal with the aftermath of a traumatic event, and how to set yourself up to respond in heated situations with a clear head, rather than react out of a state of fight or flight.
In policing, it can be very difficult - almost prohibitive - to admit that you need help and that you are struggling. Hopefully, these workshops can be the first step for you on your journey to building up your resilience, getting your response to stress under control and regaining better balance in your life.
For more in-depth training, Ginny is now able to offer a full course that teach these tools in a lot more detail on the Police Science Dr Academy:
Enrolment to Ginny's Emergency Stress Pit Stop course closes on 18th June.
